About NA Industries, Inc.: NA Industries, Inc. engages in the manufacture and sale of super absorbent polymers for baby diapers, water soluble polymers for detergents, and polymers for concrete admixture. It also provides technical liaison and business development solutions. The company was founded in 1988 and was originally based in Chattanooga, Tennessee. In June 2012, NAII relocated its super absorbent polymer operation and its NAII corporate offices to the Houston area at a site next to the American Acryl plant. NA Industries, Inc. operates as a subsidiary of Nippon Shokubai Co. Ltd.

American Acryl L.P. is a joint venture owned by NA Industries, Inc.(“NAII”) and Arkema Inc. American Acryl manufactures acrylic acid at its Bayport, Texas facility for the benefit of its owners. NAII and Arkema also have manufacturing units at the Bayport facility. The three companies work closely to maintain safe and environmentally responsible operations.
