Founded in 1978 as a mold-maker and supplier to the marble industry, American Acrylic and Injection, Incorporated has since grown rapidly. We are now one of the largest suppliers of acrylic bathtubs in the United States. We operate out of a 100,000 square foot building in Farmersville, Texas. In the 1980's a relatively new type of bathtub was making its way into U.S. households. A quality acrylic surface backed by fiberglass was proving to be an excellent, cost-effective solution to gel-coated fiberglass and marble tubs. Our ability to produce our own molds combined with our experience in fiberglass and vacuum-forming production, resulted in a natural fit for our new product line: the acrylic/fiberglass tub. In 1991 we began injection-molding all plastic components for our whirlpool bathtubs. We are the only US-based bathtub manufacturer currently producing both our tubs and whirlpool systems in-house. In 2000 we began production of quality acrylic/fiberglass shower pans. In 2004 we made air massage systems available for all of the bathtubs we sold. Today we carry a full line of acrylic bathtubs, acrylic shower pans, whirlpool systems, shower drains, LED lighting, and air massage systems. Our acrylic bathtubs feature eco-friendly components and are built to the highest quality standard.
