Even with all the customization available for your American Bath Factory product, all our products should ship within 15 business days. If for some reason your product is on backorder, we will provide you with a reasonably estimated shipping date, and you will have the option of canceling your order for a full refund.

If after shipping it is discovered that the freight company could not deliver the bathtub to your residence, you will be contacted by the freight company or our customer service department. We will either arrange delivery to another location or hold the tub at the nearest terminal for up to three business days. (Additional charges for storage and redelivery may apply.) If the tub remains undelivered, it will be returned to American Bath Factory and the customer will be billed for the total storage and shipping charges (both directions).
