A: Originally, when we started selling our products, we packaged them in glass bottles because we were told by others in the industry that silver needed to be stored in glass. We noticed through our quality control testing, that over long periods of time the ppm level of our products was sometimes being negatively affected by the glass containers. We had a university do some studies to find out which type of container worked best with our products. The university found that the glass containers could affect silver particles over time, pulling some of them out of water.
