Our Customer Service Representatives (CSR’s) will go above and beyond to service our customers. Our customers can approach them for whatever information they need about their product and we are committed to serving you. Real Time inventory information is available on our secure (and free to use) Web Portal. Our customers can follow our progress with receipts and shipments as we are working. Our customers can also enter Advance Shipment Notices or Shipment Orders if they choose to do so using this application.

At American Cold Storage, we treat your product as if it was being served on our own dinner table. We handle your food products with the utmost care and protect your product from all types of potential threats.

Our goal is to know our customer. Both the company needs as well as the people that we are working with daily. We do what we can to understand your business and your needs so that we can give you the services you need.

We also support our data programs by backing up key data with off site storage as an extra measure to ensure a quality service to our customers.
