The anchor of our service is an internet based Administrative System that builds and maintains individual websites that are designed to support the common interest community board in their management of the community. Our Accounting Service team of experienced credentialed professionals keeps the governing body and the membership up to date on the financial condition of the community.

A specialized alliance of the proprietors and senior executives (CEOs, CFOs, COOs, Presidents) of community association management companies dedicated to providing the tools, services and education needed to operate profitably and at the leading edge of the community management field. Additionally, through networking experiences executives can share and learn in a supportive, nurturing environment.

Maintenance Dale Franklin, Manager Dale Franklin has worked with ACM since its inception. He has an astounding 40 years experience in condominium and community maintenance management. Dale is primarily responsible for overseeing ACM's maintenance staff and coordinating our emergency response team.

Amanda Lande, Vice President Amanda has been with our company since 2010 with her most recent role as Marketing Director. She leads our administrative team providing administrative and website services for more than 200 community governing Boards of Directors and 26,000 customers in Maryland. Amanda earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communication from Towson University.
