Description
The current American Compounding Specialties owners first began working together at Thermofil in Brighton, Michigan. Randy Rudisill and Dave Donie are co-owners of ACS. Randy Rudisill has almost 40-years of experience in the plastics industry. He started his career in plastics in sales and moved to Michigan to become President of Thermofil. Dave Donie has 25-years of experience in the plastics industry. He began his career as an extrusion line operator and advanced to Vice President and General Manager of Thermofil. Jeff Friesen and Rena Pomaville comprise the balance of the ACS management team. Jeff Friesen is responsible for ACS ’s customer order fulfillment process including plant scheduling, purchasing & logistics. Rena Pomaville assists customers with seamless transfer of proprietary formulations to ACS, customer trials and is responsible for ACS ’s Advanced Quality Planning Process and the on-site ISO 17025 certified laboratory.
