American Converting was founded in 2003 by Tom Eubanks and Ted Varberg. Tom and Ted brought together their over 50 years combined experience in the paper industry to create a custom converting company built on the principles of providing quality products at a competitive pricing and exceptional service and delivery. In July 2005, the company moved to it's current location in Lincolnton, North Carolina making it the first paper converter in Lincoln County. The facility has over 90,000 sq ft of converting, office and warehousing space under one roof. This allows American Converting to provide products with short lead times, maintain low overhead with on-site storage for their paper products. Today, American Converting is a recognized leader in custom converting with a diverse customer base throughout the US and Canada. The company currently employs over twenty full-time employees.
