A.I.D.C. Inc. is in an ideal position to supply and give advice on the varied equipment that exists for diamond manufacturing. The Institute has its own research department that works on the development of new and advance diamond cutting equipment. The Institute holds international patents on the most recently developed machine in the industry for production factories. The Universal cone generator produces sixteen predetermined cone shaped diamonds simultaneously resulting in a 50% reduction in factory labor costs.

The above photos show a manufacturing project that Mr. Peters has designed, managed, and brought to initial production levels. The factory at full capacity will contain a 200 man workforce. At the onset, Mr. Peters has worked with the architects to design the inside of the factory for optimum performance. He works directly with the diamond equipment companies to bring state-of -the-art equipment that will compliment each other. He will personally screen, select, and train the initial core of workers. We manufacture to our customer's specifications and consult with them as required during the job process. Turn-around time is minimal.

A.I.D.C. Inc. has a full in house rough diamond cutting service. We manufacture from 2.00ct. rough diamonds and larger in round and fancy shapes. We custom design and apply unique variations of a cut to a rough diamond as may be required.

We provide a service for the purchase of finished diamonds at wholesale prices. Diamonds that are cut and polished in our manufacturing department are available for purchase. These diamonds were obtained directly from the mines, therefore, prices are at a true wholesale level.
