The Florida Office of Insurance Regulation issued American Integrity's Certificate of Authority to do business on September 13, 2006. The consent order to assume policies from Citizens was signed on January 30, 2007, and American Integrity assumed over 70,000 policies from Citizens Property Insurance Corporation. We are a management team of insurance professionals with in-depth experience in the homeowners market and manufactured housing.
