In cases of storm damage, we specialize in working with your insurance company to get for you the full replacement value for your roof and other storm damage needs. Third generation builder Michael Powell has been involved in the Construction Industry for over 20 years and covers all phases of the business. His attention to detail and job quality combined with his General Contractor License enable Michael to provide clients with the expertise to complete any construction need.

Depending on the selection of roofing components, new roofs are given a 30 year to limited-lifetime warranty. EPDM (rubber) roofs have a manufacturer’s warranty of 10 years. In general, the validity of a manufacturer’s warranty is determined by the manufacturer’s specified roofing components which must be installed together and include: the eave guard membrane, felt underlayment, shingles and roof ventilation system.

At American Roofing & Construction, our field estimators are educated in insurance procedures as well as manufacturer criteria and are able to determine property damage. We will inspect roofing as well as other damage caused by the storm. Upon our agreement, we will handle the entire insurance claim and negotiation process to assure you a fair and speedy solution to your roofing and other storm damage needs. If there are any inaccuracies or discrepancies with your insurance, we have trained office staff that are successful at working with insurance companies to resolve them.
