The company is engaged primarily in manufacturing and selling single and multifamily panelized housing systems consisting of complete homes fabricated at the company's plant in sections and delivered to the customer's site. In addition to primarily single family housing, the company custom manufactures commercial wood frame buildings such as motels, medical building, housing for the elderly, branch banks and office buildings.The company is located in Martinsville, Virginia, U.S.A., and operates from a modern 146,000 square foot (13,564 m²) corporate office and manufacturing plant. The manufacturing process incorporates the latest technology, manufacturing techniques, machinery and methods used in the industry. Every phase of manufacturing is closely controlled under ideal conditions. Every home is manufactured to exacting standards using high quality building materials and components.The company has a production capacity of 2,400 housing units annually on a single shift basis. The installation of a second shift production line could increase the production to approximately 3,000 units, depending upon the size and complexity of the housing units.
