Today we originate, underwrite and fund over 15 million a year in equipment leases, loans and working capital for a broad range of businesses throughout the United States and Canada. Our operations are primarily in the small-ticket segment of the equipment leasing market, which encompasses purchases with a purchase price of $75,000 or less.

Since 1995 our focus has primaily been equipment lease financing offered through a select network of equipment manufacturers, dealers and distributors. Leasing though is only one of the many services we offers.

We primarily engage in equipment lease financing offering terms from 12-60 month with lease to own residuals. If you’re a vendor selling equipment we can help ignite your sales by offering lease financing along with your product. We provide lease financing on most types of equipment both new and used up to 72 month terms. Most approvals require little or no down and a one time $195.00 documentation fee. Below is a partial list of industries and equipment types we have prefer. If your equipment isn’t on the list give us a call to see if we can approve it.
