As CEO, Dancel oversees the strategic direction of Ascend One Corporation, the umbrella company to the Amerix Corporation as well as CareOne Services (formerly The Freedom Point) and 3C Incorporated. He has over 18 years of experience in the debt management and debt education industry.

Amerix Corporation was established in 1997 to provide the back-office processing and technology for credit counseling agencies and debt management companies.
