I had the good fortune to work with AMT™ on a project related to my duties as Director of Product Development at Vesture Corporation. We were tasked with the innovation of an analog thermostat to control our Quick Heat product for the food service industry. In field trials of the control provided by AMT™, it was the only device which to date in over 2 years of continuous commercial use has never failed to provide accurate control on our commercial product. We consider our relationship with AMT™ to be one of our greatest assets to our product development mission.
Our selection of the AMT™ Peristaltic Filler was driven by the demanding volume specifications on our liquid products. The fill tolerances ultimately achieved on the 5 ml to 30 ml packages exceeded my expectations. AMT's willingness and ability to build and configure a custom machine in a very short time frame and the troubleshooting support through the startup/debugging process is noteworthy. I am extremely satisfied with the equipment and service I received from AMT™.
We run so many products on the AMT™ Monoblock machine for the last couple of years. We do mostly liquid filling and screw capping, but sometimes filling and stoppering with full or partial insertion. We could also do filling, stoppering, and capping at the same time. Often we do changeover twice a day. During my 20 years of experience I have worked with many different liquid packaging systems, and I have not seen such a flexible machine before. This machine is so simple to operate, but it is very versatile, it can be easily set up for hundreds of different products.
