In 1986 we purchased Amtex Scale. Amtex Scale has been a landmark for almost 30 years, here behind the "Motor Mile." We have watched our customers go from little businesses to strong enterprises. We are fortunate to be an intrigal part of the growth and success of our business community. Our highly experience scale technicians are registered and licensed by the Texas Department of Agriculture. Each technician attends annual safety classes to insure that Amtex Scale's staff stays safe and alert while we are on your property. Certification of insurance, weight traceability with certification reports and complete company documentation is available upon request. Looking for a certified H.U.B. vendor to meet your requirements to do business with the state of Texas. We are that! We'd love to meet you and our sales and service representatives are ready to travel to your site to visit with you at your convenience. Most of the time we can do that at no charge, unless you are in a galaxy far, far away, like Star, TX. Our office hours are: Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m.(CST) - to 4:30 p.m. (CST). We can take your call at any time. So if you are in the neighborhood, drop by and see us. We are right behind the "Motor Mile" on what use to be the "S" Curve, next to the "blue" Weatherford Company and next to our friends at Josco Products. Steve is mapping out our daily schedule.
