This is a totally new tower system, designed for a multitude of commercial, and Amateur Radio needs where a lightweight, and pre-engineered tower is the requirement for installation. Our self supporting tower fits the needs of UHF repeater users and cellular carriers with large antenna loads, to Ham Radio operators who need a tower that can stand up to the torque of large antenna rotators. Our towers are available to withstand severe wind and ice conditions, in 70 MPH to 120 MPH wind exposures. AN Wireless Towers offer an open lattice modular design, with a full hot dip galvanized finish after fabrication. Bolted construction is used throughout the tower for a couple of good reasons. Mainly this gives the owner the choice of having the tower shipped unassembled (knocked-down) in kit form, and also offers the ability to replace tower components in the field with just a wrench, should a structural member ever become damaged. Shipping in kit form can also save a bit on freight costs to the delivery point. Maximum design heights reach 120 feet using ten foot tower sections. Tower sections are connected together with 24 bolts per connection, using steel splice plates on both the outside and inside of each leg intersection, forming an extremely strong and positive joint...
