Description

BS Engineering is a minimum MS Engineering or related technical field preferred. Seven years of engineering in a related field minimum. Seven to 10 years of engineering experience in a drive or closed loop controller field. In lieu of BS degree is acceptable or equivalence shall be determined by the appropriate Manager/Supervisor and the Human Resources representative after the completion of the interview.

As the Senior Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for developing creative solutions to continually improve the density and modularity of our systems. You will take your ideas and turn them into reality.

Must have product design experience in DC/DC or AC/DC converters, excellent interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, skilled at documenting meetings, situations, and events, excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills, must be organized and able to sharply define priorities, High level of computer literacy in common software packages, ability to compile and present data to engineers, management, salespeople, and customers.

Requires BSEE with 3+ years experience of MSEE with 2+ years experience in analog and power design or applications. Experience with high frequency power design technology and SPICE based simulation tools a plus. Working knowledge of magnetic components is a plus.

BSEE or MSEE or equivalent. 5 years experience in designing high frequency high-density DC/DC converters. Knowledge of current components and future trends. Working experience of MathCAD, Spice or other design software tools is an advantage. Computer literacy: Ability to use MS Word and Excel proficiently.
