At the Analy Food Service Program we believe that healthy bodies make healthy minds. Our food service program is designed to support the education of the students at Analy High School by providing nutritious, well-balanced meals at the Analy Food Pavilion (cafeteria) that our diverse group of students will enjoy – at a reasonable price they can afford. October menu A La Carte Menu Fast Fact: Breakfast and lunch are served at the Analy Food Pavilian daily. Complete meal prices for students: BRUNCH $1.50 LUNCH $2.50. The cost for adults is $2.00 for brunch and $3.00 for lunch. We also sell breakfast and lunch items individually. Our staff believes that the students are our customers, and without them we would not be here. Led by Kathie Henderson, the Analy Food Pavilion staff consists of Robin Andreacchi and Gwen Giacomelli, a hardworking team that create food that not only meets federal and state nutritional guidelines, but is wholesome and tasty. Fast Fact: In May 2010, the Analy Food Pavilion unveiled its new menu that included Home Cookin’ Mondays, Theme Wednesdays (featuring Pan Asian and South of the Border Cuisine), and Pizza Fridays. Meals are served to students through the federally funded United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) National School Lunch and School Breakfast Programs during the regular school year and summer school. These meals must meet special guidelines set by the USDA, and our menus must conform to rigid standards and follow the current Dietary Guidelines for Americans (DGA). Thanks to the support of our parents, students, faculty, staff and administration, In the month of May 2010, Analy’s Food Services program served over 3091 complete meals (brunch and lunch). IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ANALY PARENTS AND STUDENTS Free & Reduced Meal Applications Links to download English Letter and Application Links to download Spanish Letter and Application Approved applications from last year are valid for the first 30 operating days of the next school year. Applications must be completed and approved yearly. Students should bring a lunch from home or pay regular price for meals in the Analy Food Pavilion (cafeteria) until notified by mail of benefit approval. One application is needed per family. Please include each student’s name, school attending, and grade on the application, and list all family members. The District Food Services office sends eligibility information to the school sites and mails notices to parents/guardians. Please submit your application with your original signature to the Analy Food Pavilion at the cafeteria or to the Analy office. Fast Fact: Students approved for free or reduced meals receive their meals AT NO CHARGE. In the month of May 2010, Analy served 2763 free and reduced meals to Analy students!
