Analytical Automation, LLC was founded to provide process control and data collection expertise. Extensive field experience along with continuing education in the latest control technologies and techniques allows us to provide our customers with the most advanced and economical solutions for their control requirements.
We have the ability to support customers across all of the commonly used industrial control platforms including DCSs, PLCs, and PCs. As an independent organization with expertise in process control and information systems fields, we are able to provide valuable and objective assistance in planning and implementing project control strategies. We specialize in the integration and application of state-of-the-art automation products for our clients.
We have experience with many different types of control systems, HMIs, SCADA, PLCs, and DCSs. We have experience with Yokogawa CS1000/3000, Moore APACS, and DeltaV DCSs. We have experience with Allen Bradley SLC and ControLogix PLCs, Automation Direct PLCs, and GE Fanuc PLCs.
We are well versed in DCS and PLC programming; data acquisition, manipulation and storage; recipe management; and operator interface (SCADA/HMI) development. We have experience in machine control, web processing, water and wastewater treatment, and many other process control systems.
