Analytical Services, Inc. (ASI) provides comprehensive environmental microbiological services to clients throughout the United States and abroad. ASI was incorporated in 1993 to provide the highest quality testing , consulting and research services available.

We understand the impact of MPA results on water suppliers and communities nationwide that rely on groundwater sources. Therefore, we provide our clients with detailed reports that describe the MPA methodology, tabular data and interpretation of their sample results. As with our other services, our senior technical staff, directed byColin Fricker, Ph.D., is available to answer any questions regarding MPAs and to provide consulting services as requested.

At ASI, Dr. Fricker is responsible for all microbiological laboratory testing and training. In addition to his laboratory responsibilities, Dr. Fricker also provides consulting services to ASI clients regarding all microbiological issues associated with public water supply. Dr.

Dr. Fricker directs laboratory operations at Analytical Services, Inc. (ASI), and has been associated with ASI since 2002. He has more than thirty years experience in environmental microbiology in public and private sectors. Dr. Fricker was the Microbiology and Commercial Manager at Thames Water, Reading, UK until 1999. Since then, Dr. Fricker founded CRF Consulting and has provided microbiological testing and consulting services to the water, and wastewater industries internationally, particularly with regard to Cryptosporidium .
