Company Background Anaqua was formed in 2003 to fill a huge gap in enterprise infrastructure by providing the world’s first comprehensive solution for intellectual asset management (IAM). While 70-80% of corporate market value today comes from intangible assets such as brands, patented technologies and know-how, companies have not had an integrated system for storing and managing this intellectual property (IP). Of the $70bn spent on enterprise IT infrastructure software, less than one tenth of 1% of this has been spent on IP systems and IAM.
