If you are not already working with an architect or designer, we discuss your design needs and consult someone from our dedicated team of independent architects, engineers, and designers. We work hard to recommend an individual who best fits your needs. Once you choose an architect or designer, you work with them directly. This establishes a clear communication path and gives you control over the design process and budget, while we continue to work collaboratively with the designer or architect you have selected.

We learned the business side of running our own company and adjusted to ever-changing market conditions. We grew individually and as builders, while expanding our passion for new challenges. Tim, like his brothers, combines experiences from his childhood spent on the farm with more than 12 years of experience in the building industry. Tim's innate ability to solve problems complements his attention to detail and high building standards. He ensures customers receive the quality and craftsmanship they deserve. Tim earned a degree in mathematics and physics from the University of Wisconsin—La Crosse, where he learned to think critically and generate solutions. Tim draws on these skills every day and at every job site where he oversees a crew.
