On September 14th your employees delivered our special order of railings. My husband designed and worked out the back railing to his specifications. When I asked your employees to bring them to the back so my husband could inspect them they were gracious and understanding and did so. Knowing of his blindness they let him feel where it was to go etc. I appreciated their kindness to him and it showed that they cared to please him. I commend them.
