About Andera was founded on a simple idea - that banks and credit unions needed a better way to open new accounts and capture new customer relationships. With the increasing presence of open technology systems within the financial institution infrastructure, Andera believed it would finally be possible to design a truly integrated account opening process that could be deployed any place, any time. New account applications originated through the branches should be subject to the same flow, decision criteria, data processing, and workflow rules as applications originated via the Internet, Call Center, or other channels. Kiosks, wireless, and other devices should leverage the same integrated technology as additional avenues for growing market and wallet share.
