AMC has estimators with experience in all construction divisions, with state-of-the-art technology applications to better analyze all aspects of your construction project. We use this technology to facilitate the development of costs by component – such as labor, materials, equipment – by building system and by area or floor.

Early involvement, or the Preconstruction process, involves delivery methods, accurate conceptual and detailed cost estimating, site evaluation, scheduling and selection of the best building systems for a particular project.

Anderson-Moore Construction Corp. offers a Preconstruction Agreement to provide for the following services: A. Plan Evaluation – AMC will work with the architect to coordinate the systems and methods being proposed by the architect. AMC will use its own expertise and experience, as well as the expertise of its subcontractors, to recommend the systems and methods used meet the overall requirements of the Owner for initial cost and life expectancy. This plan evaluation includes analyses of structural, mechanical, electrical, and architectural components. B.
