Located in the heart of Southwest Virginia, the Blacksburg Headquarters Office of Anderson & Associates has been providing professional design services since 1968. The team specializes in a broad range of engineering planning and design, including site and land development, water and sewer systems, drainage and stormwater management, underground and overhead utilities, surveying and mapping, and geographic information services.

Neil A. Martin, LS Vice President of Survey, has been with Anderson & Associates since 1988. His primary focus has been location, boundary, topographic, and transportation surveys, as well as inspection and photo control. During his time with A&A, Mr. Martin has gained experience in numerous survey arenas including railroads working with CSX, Norfolk Southern, and Virginia Department of Rail & Public Transportation.

Ronald A. Worley, PE has served many roles at A&A, and he is currently president of the company. He is responsible for the design and administration of a variety of civil engineering projects including roads, water, sewerage, drainage, and site development. Mr. Worley specializes in the project management of such work from concept to finished construction. He is highly experienced with obtaining funding for various localities and has worked with all available infrastructure and economic development programs.
