As with other litigation handled by our law firm, we view each case as not only a legal problem, but also a business problem and seek to resolve each case in a positive manner and avoid unnecessary costs.

In addition to providing the above estate planning services, we also provide probate and estate administration services. This would include handling all types of probate matters in a decedent's primary state of residence and also coordinating ancillary probate proceedings in other states where a decedent owned real estate. Although most probates can be handled under an informal procedure, we also handle formal probates if a situation warrants this type of procedure. We prepare federal and state estate tax returns in those estates where a filing requirement exists.

We also provide complete elder law services for our clients. This includes the preparation of all of the above types of estate planning documents. We also handle guardianships and conservatorships. We consult with clients regarding planning for possible nursing home costs and Medicaid matters. We have an extensive background in providing elder law services.
