These two plants combined will bring close to a thousand new jobs to our county over the next three years. Our efforts have succeeded, as several of our departments have become standards of excellence throughout East Tennessee. Our Emergency Medical Services, Probation Services and Engineering and Public Works Departments have all assisted other counties in improving their services during the past year."
