Our client - a capital equipment supplier to power companies that did not have internal technology for entering a fast growing market segment - needed a low risk strategy for entering this new, growing market. We recognized the need for a strong partner to provide technology and experience that were lacking. We identified a proper partner to provide technology that would immediately place them in a leading role in the industry. We brought the two parties together and worked with management of both companies to develop a strategy for the business arrangement.

Victor has provided ATP technical support on some critical programs in the past. He has developed extensive experience in many aspects of post-combustion Emissions Control systems for utility and industrial boilers during his tenure at Foster Wheeler, Ducon Technologies, and Hamon Research-Cottrell. He has made specific contributions in the area of NOx Control (SNCR/SCR) and Acid Gas Scrubbers (Dry/Wet). His varied work background includes responsibilities in Engineering, Project/Proposal Management, and Business Development.

Andover Technology Partners (ATP) provides technical consulting services as well as software and technology to facility owners. ATP has worked with electric utilities, and cement companies to deploy emissions reduction technologies. ATP is normally engaged to address particularly challenging problems that other consultants or engineering firms don’t have the depth of knowledge to address.

ATP is currently working with a leading supplier of material and surface chemistry products to assist them in evaluating the business opportunities in the emerging mercury emissions control market.
