Andre + Associates, P.C. is a full-service CPA firm with a strong, local presence in North Texas. We offer a personal approach to accounting, tax and estate planning solutions by focusing on your business and personal and professional goals.

We retain records relating to professional services that we provide so that we are better able to assist you with your professional needs and, in some cases, to comply with professional guidelines. Wendy Ward joined the firm in 2008 and works in the Write Up and Tax Departments. She earned her Masters of Business Administration and Bachelors of Business Administration in 1999. She became a CPA in 2000. Wendy has worked in both public accountancy and industry and has experience in taxation, business accounting, and audit.

John Stewart earned his associate of science degree in 1972, and has worked in the securities industry since 1980. His has extensive experience in securities as a registered representative with a brokerage house. He received his insurance license in 1986 and has worked in life insurance, estate and financial planning.
