Company Description & Services: American Metering and Planning Services (AMPS) is a full service submetering company. We offer meter reading and billing services for electric, water and gas meters, system installation and energy consulting services.

Since Quadlogic was established in 1982, we have been committed to delivering accurate and sophisticated meters and reliable metering systems to our customers. This dedicated focus has enabled us to develop a patented Power Line Communications technology which is integral to our equipment. We assemble and calibrate our meters on-site at our New York City headquarters.

Quadlogic’s metering systems are installed throughout the world in commercial and residential buildings and complexes, and in power utilities in the United States, Canada, Israel, Colombia, Chile, Mexico, Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, Puerto Rico, Panama and Brazil. In addition, we provide tenant electric billing services to our New York Metro area submetering customers.
