Current hourly rates range from $250 to $350 depending on the nature and complexity of the matter. To serve a broader community of clients, a modest-means fee structure is under development within certain areas of our practice. Personal injury cases are handled on a contingent fee basis. Though still popular for their simplicity, hourly-based fees have obvious disadvantages. Although they are a blunt measure of effort expended, they do not necessarily reflect value obtained.
