Located in Burlington, Connecticut, Andrews-Perry Construction, Inc. has been serving the excavating and septic needs of the Farmington Valley and surrounding area for more than 26 years. Founded in 1988 by Joe Perry and Peter Andrews, both owners are hands-on in the day-to-day operation of the business so you can be assured your excavation or septic project will be done correctly and to your satisfaction.

Forward in time to today and we are proud to be in our 26th year providing site work and septic system installations for hundreds of new construction and existing homesites in the Farmington Valley and surrounding area. We are grateful to every one of our current and former customers for trusting us with their excavation or septic project. We believe being a small owner-operated company makes us completely accountable to our customers. We have well-established working relationships with many locally known and respected developers in the area and also with the local health departments. Andrews-Perry Construction is our livelihood and our reputation and we take that very seriously.

We have been designing, installing and repairing septic systems since 1988. We have the experience and strive to make the process worry-free for our customers.
