You may call and speak with our floral assistant during regular business hours(listed on almost every page of the website) to discuss stem orders, floral packages, or any floral related questions you may have. We have never failed to return a call if the assistant was unavailable due to working with another client. We do have a separate brand new 384 suare foot workshop/studio. It contains seven 6'-8' workbenches(we do at least 2-3 wedding packages simultaneaously each and every week), material storage units, and up-to date technical systems that keep our client's files close at hand.

Up until the last few months, we never had so many requests for samples since new emerging online sites have been offering samples or sample bouquets to show their quality of flowers could compete with the real touch wedding market that has been in existence for over 5 years. Several companies are incorrectly labeling/categorizing their flowers as REAL TOUCH.

We require all clients to follow the same shipping policies and procedures. This has been our policy for over 10 years. We are not a typical retail florist.

Angel's Accents created the flower arrangements for my wedding. The pricing and payment where handled in the most professional manner. My flowers arrived on time in perfect condition and not one person who touched and then commented on the flowers would believe they were not real even after they had been told the arrangements are not real flowers. The design was absolutely gorgeous had I purchased the same design and quantity in real flowers the price would have been triple what I paid and they would not be sitting on my dressing table to this day.
