We employ 3 estimators, 8 project managers, 22 detailers, and 4 document control staff. We obtain work from across the US, with repeat customers in over 15 states, Most of our work comes from the The Mid-East Coast New-York Area and the Pacific-Northwest. Our emphasis is not on the size of the project. We can manage seismic upgrades, renovations projects, stairs, handrail, etc Our competent and courteous project management staff will help you to get through projects large or small given design drawings with complete information or not. Beyond offering detailing and drafting services, we provide consulting and design-assistance services to Fabricators, General Contractors, and Architects & Engineers for complex projects. These services range from pre-bid meetings geared towards cost savings and design simplification, to full 3D modeling and Connections Design for design-build projects. We also hire P.E.'s as required when agreed beforehand between ADI and the Fabricator or G.C. Our staff is divided into two main groups - One group manages conventional Steel structures such as Industrial buildings, Commercial structures, High-Rises, Schools, etc, and the other group manages Non-Conventional structures such as Experience Music Project, Milwaukee Arts Museum, which require 3D support and close support with the A&E's on the projects.
