The Animal Wellness Center (formerly Grove Square Pet Hospital) was founded in 1987 by Dr. Carolyn Apker, who wanted to provide high quality veterinary services to the growing community of Maple Grove. We are committed to excellence in medicine, surgery, dentistry, behavior counseling and the care of senior pets. We strive to improve the quality of our patient's lives and to help them live longer with the families they love. AWC is accredited by the American Animal Hospital Association, having met their stringent standards of care. We provide top-notch medical services with a personal touch. We emphasize preventative health care, but have the capability to perform complex diagonostic and surgical procedures. State of the art equipment and the ability to call in specialists when needed help us achieve our goal.
