Annapolis Health was created to provide a much needed service to the elders and disabled of the Annapolis community. We provide prompt and appropriate medical services to clients in their own homes or assisted living homes. The focus of the practice is on prevention, wellness, and health maintenance education. Until now, frail elderly clients with poor mobility, or lack of transportation have usually had to go to a great deal of trouble just to receive routine medical care. In many instances, their family members have had to miss work (and lose wages) to take them to see their primary health care provider. With Annapolis Health, the provider comes to you. Annapolis Health can be your primary care provider, or just provide occasional visits when it is more convenient for you not to travel to your regular provider's office. Annapolis Health looks forward to serving you and your family.
