I n 2004, we made the decision to bring our ant and roach control technology to the retail consumer. We quickly learned that it is not enough to have a product that works great; one also needs to have a product that is tailored to the retail customer's needs and a distribution network that makes it readily available and easy to purchase. This required us to develop more appealing packaging, as well as products that are easier to use. It has also been shown that our system eliminates the ant colonies, which are slow to reinfest treated areas; therefore, costs continue to amortize year after year.
