You don't have to be an expert in any particular area to recognize quality when you see it. I purchased these lamps from a family outside Philadelphia. The couple were not carriage experts, but loved high-quality antiques, and had these lamps in their collection for over 30 years. The lamps each measure 21 inches long, and the front pane of glass measures 7 inches tall and 6 inches wide. The lamps are in excellent condition. They have brass trim, beveled glass, and silver interiors that are free of scratches and dents. I believe that these lamps will exceed your expectations.
