Complete solutions are available for milling custom stainless C-465, Ti. - 6AL4V, aircraft aluminum, Inconel and cast aluminum. We provide the highest quality of solid carbide end mills in the industry, with the highest metal removal rates, machining up to 68 HRC. End mills are custom designed to suit your machines and applications.

We provide machining support and tooling Heat treated custom stainless C-465 and Titanium 6AL4V (with 5553, stainless with 54HRC to 58HRC). Apache end mills are designed to provide highest R 0.1 and lowest cost per part with consistancy in tool life. Each tool is individually inspected to provide a very consistent tool life every time. Our tools are used by leading aerospace companies. Custom made tool are available to suit your machine tools, material and application cutting tools are available to machine material up to 68HRC.
