"Aperian" is derived from the Latin word “aperire”, which means “to open” or “to provide access to." We feel this name reflects the essence of our mission as well as the spirit of our client work.

Teaming Skill Development: Teaming today requires new competencies to enhance performance in an increasingly cross-border, virtual business environment. To address these needs, we provide learning programs that develop skills and insights for both team leaders and team members. We offer both face- -to-face and virtual learning environments, incorporating action-learning components.

Executive Coaching: Aperian Global selectively provides one-on-one and team coaching for senior executives. We specialize in coaching for executives who must function effectively across geographical and cultural boundaries, and often work with each member of a multicultural leadership team. Our coaches have a high degree of business acumen as well as country or region-specific experience.

The leaders of tomorrow must be able to function and be effective any place in the world. This requires developmental focus on what we know really matters: the 10 behaviors Aperian Global has identified in our recent research on ‘What’s Different about Global Leadership?’ We provide learning programs that develop skills and insights related both to general leadership themes and to aspects of leadership that are particularly challenging in a cross-border context.
