Apex Bail Bonds was founded by Curt Hagman in 1995. Curt's road to Apex started when he took a job as a process server while attending UCLA. He worked his way through positions such as Assistant Investigator, Bounty Hunter, and Bond Writer prior to founding Apex. The company has grown into a multi-unit operation with a nationwide network of American Surety bonded agents. The company was incorporated in 1997. Apex focuses its efforts on providing a high level of service to people who often are in jail for the first time and don't understand the bail process. Our telephones are answered by trained bail professionals, not an answering service so that you get answers to your questions fast. Many solid citizens can find themselves arrested because of such minor things as: - Unpaid traffic or parking tickets. - Domestic disputes (many jurisdictions now have mandatory arrest policies when called to such a disturbance). - Revelry gone just a little overboard. Apex Bail Bonds is bonded by the American Surety Company and is a member of the California Bail Agents Association.
