Located in the historic Apex Depot, which was built in 1914 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the Apex Chamber of Commerce has been serving the business community and citizens of Apex, North Carolina for more than four decades. The Apex Chamber provides maps, relocation information, business referrals, and maintains a calendar of Apex events. The office of the Director of Economic Development for Apex is located in the Apex Chamber office on Salem Street in the heart of downtown Apex. The Mission of the Apex Chamber of Commerce is to represent, serve and promote the common interests of the Apex business community and foster an environment that contributes to our community's high quality of life. The Chamber promotes economic development, civic involvement, and community and school participation to ensure the economic vitality of the Apex area.
