The Apex team has extensive investigation and remediation experience in dealing with petroleum hydrocarbons, solvents, heavy metals, and pesticides in soils, groundwater, and air.

Apex has worked with California clients utilizing The Underground Storage Tank Cleanup Fund Act of 1989 for the last 15 years. The Fund was created by the California Legislature, and is administered by the California State Water Resources Control Board, to provide a means for petroleum underground storage tanks (UST ) owners and operators to meet the federal and state requirements. The Fund also assists a large number of small businesses and individuals by providing reimbursement for unexpected and catastrophic expenses associated with the cleanup of leaking petroleum UST's.

Apex Envirotech understands that the cost of hiring a full time staff to deal with the ever changing environmental regulations is virtually impossible for many small and medium-sized businesses. As a result, many companies may find themselves without the knowledge or resources to remain in compliance and may risk incurring penalties or fines. Apex knows that these regulations extend to a wide range of businesses, including real estate and insurance companies, and offers a range of consulting services that can be tailored to suit the needs of your business.

Apex performs Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) per ASTM E-1527-05 for a variety of clients on a variety of properties. Our clients range from large lending institutions to private real estate developers and mining properties. Apex's staff is extensively trained and experienced in conducting ESAs on undeveloped, agricultural, single and multi-family residential, commercial, and multi-building industrial properties.
