Merrick House is one of Cleveland’s original settlement houses. It is a neighborhood center providing child care, youth mentoring and GED preparation, recreational programs, housing advocacy, and parenting education to many area communities for over 90 years.

Apex Pest Control was founded in December of 1969 by Jim Stocker (retired Captain of the City of Euclid's fire department) and his Brother-in-law Charles "Bud" Davey. Since then, Jim's son Jamie joined the company in 1993 after years working in the field of taxation. Jamie is a graduate of John Carroll University where he majored in Accounting. Jamie is currently our President. Jim's daughter Marybeth joined the firm in 1995 after years in the nursing field and raising a family. Marybeth is currently our Vice-President.

Being a family-owned business, we feel we are more in tune to the customer's wants and desires and therefore, we have built our reputation on on always operating in a fair and ethical manner. We pride ourselves on providing the "human touch" and promptly responding to our customer's concerns.
