Description

Apogee Software is a provider of advanced Java Runtime Environments (JREs) for deployment of Java SE and Java ME applications on embedded systems used in many types of devices, from wireless communications devices, such as the cellphones and tablet computers, to advanced "connected" devices, such as the Telematics devices and home media devices. Each Apogee's JRE can be provided in a configuration that runs on "top of" Android (either provided by a customer for a given devices or created by Apogee for this device), in which case the resulting "JRE+A" can run any Android applications in addition to running any Java ME or Java SE applications.
