Your client will be given 24/7 access to our customer care and support center, and Active Data will work with both you and your client to manage updates and ensure an ongoing relationship.

To help get you started, we provide sales certification and special training events. We ask that your company send at least one sales and one technical support representative for training, and that the same number maintain annual certification and participate in our annual sales events.

With our products and services in your portfolio, you can create innovative web-based solutions that help your customers solve their business problems. We work alongside our partners to help them with their initiatives, lending our experience and expertise to enable them to focus on their core strengths.

Our Marketing Partner approach is as hands-on as you need it to be. Our staff participates in briefing sessions with your sales team as needed. We provide you with marketing materials, facilitate client presentations (in-person or online), and even train your clients. Just let us know what you need, when you need it, and we’ll be there to help you close the deal.
