Ms. Morgan serves as the Managing Member of Applied Behavioral Research and has been a member for over 10 years. She has over 30 years of experience in research and clinical program administration in the Department of Psychiatry at Yale University including the Depression Research Unit, the Substance Abuse Treatment Unit and the Psychotherapy Research Center. She has served as research coordinator for Drs. Herbert Kleber, Bruce Rounsaville, Thomas Kosten and Kathleen Carroll. As Managing Member of ABR Ms.

Applied Behavioral Research (ABR) is a behavioral health research, education, and training company located in New Haven, Connecticut. We specialize in the design and distribution of training programs for substance abuse professionals.

Since our inception, ABR has conducted multiple research studies in the areas of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Twelve Step Facilitation Therapy, and Contingency Management. We have provided training to nearly 500 counselors and supervisors affiliated with more than 100 treatment programs. Many work in programs funded by states as well as the Veterans Administration, community mental health centers and private agencies. State agencies and individual counselors have used these trainings as a vehicle for obtaining Continuing Education Credits (CEUs).
