Description
We have coordinated with architects and other engineers as the structural engineer of record for several construction projects. Our philosophy for these projects is to closely review the design concept, and shop drawing details, and to provide client specified field observations of the construction effort. This standard of practice provides closure for the engineering services. We find that our strong evaluation experience helps to accelerate the development of modifications that may be required for unforeseen field conditions.
We provide repair restoration services along with field observations of the contractor's work to coordinate with the property owner's interests. It is our practice to routinely develop repairs for a variety of structural concerns. Our Quality Control and Quality Assurance programs deliver a cost-effective final product.
Applied Engineering & Technology was established to provide quality consulting engineering service to the real estate community, agencies, insurance companies, industrial corporations, property owners, and the legal professionals. These clients have recognized our quality work product. We are dedicated to their concerns and are able to respond quickly to requests for services on a personal and professional basis.
Our staff is ready to provide immediate response for emergency disasters. Clients realize that it is critical that we start documenting the condition after the collapse or fire immediately after the incident. Our senior staff has seasoned investigators experienced in determining cause and origin and assessment of property damage related to structural collapse or explosions. Expert testimony is a regular part of these investigation projects. In order to expedite this work, in-house equipment is ready for these project investigations.
